Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in QSR or fast-casual management
• Proven track record of leading, managing, and motivating teams
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to work a 48-hour week (including nights, weekends, some holidays)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Great personality with upbeat, guest-focused attitude

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
