Job summary

Summerwood Corporation is seeking an Associate Restaurant Manager (ARM) to assist the Restaurant General Manager and provide coverage across operating hours. The ARM will supervise daily operations, train staff, and ensure adherence to company standards for service quality and safety.

The candidate should demonstrate leadership with an eye toward advancement to RGM within 18 months, and will be responsible for hands-on operations, service excellence, and ongoing coaching to develop shift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Supervisory or lead experience in food service or retail is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach hourly employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, accurate service and maintain high quality products per company standards.
• Analyze sales, labor, inventory and other controllable accounts to support margin targets.
• Oversee restaurant operations, scheduling, and adherence to standards.
• Direct HR activities including hiring decisions, training, performance management and staff development.
