Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive fast, accurate service and maintain product quality.
• Analyze sales, labor, inventory to meet margin targets.
• Develop and manage annual operating plan.
• Monitor facilities, inventory, and compliance with standards.
• Train and mentor staff on financial analyses and profitability.
• Direct crew hiring and development; manage staffing plans.
• Ensure HR processes and performance management.
