Job summary

Braum's Inc. in Hillsboro, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the store team and oversee food service, grocery, and fountain operations to deliver a great customer experience and drive sales.

Requirements include at least 2 years of retail management, a High School Diploma or GED, 21+ years old and a valid driver license. Shift is 5:30 am to 3:00 pm with bi-weekly bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Retail Management experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
