Braum's in Hillsboro, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations and deliver a great customer experience. You will coach the team, maximize sales, and oversee food service, grocery, and fountain operations to ensure quality and compliance.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 21+ years old, and a valid driver license. Expect a rotating three-week schedule with about 45 hours per week and competitive pay.

• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
