Job summary

Braum's in Granbury, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations of the store, supervise the food service, grocery, and fountain departments, and drive customer satisfaction.

The role requires at least 2 years of retail management, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. You will coach staff, ensure policy compliance, monitor inventory and safety, and contribute to achieving unit goals on a rotating schedule with about 45 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Retail Management experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
