Pizza Hut is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to direct shift leaders, trainers, and team members to maintain smooth operations and a strong store culture. You’ll learn coaching skills to drive daily operations and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities include team development, inventory oversight, and ensuring safety and health regulations are met while delivering exceptional customer service.

Competenze

• Serv Safe Certified is required.
• MSM Courses 7-9 training completed or in progress.
• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced food service.

• Assist RGM with hiring, training, and building a bench of key holding managers and team members.
• Own and promote a positive restaurant culture and employee experience.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Enforce Pizza Hut service principles and brand standards.
• Assist with inventory, forecasting and scheduling processes.
• Ensure all team members have tools and knowledge for success.
• Develop a store team with high customer satisfaction results.
• Communicate and execute company initiatives through team performance.
