Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of management or leadership experience.
• Management experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel operations.
• Lead a high-performing team alongside the General Manager.
• Create exceptional guest experiences in a welcoming environment.
• Demonstrate conflict-resolution and strong communication skills.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers.
• Set clear expectations and accountability; coach and recognize team growth.
• Follow operational, inventory, and food safety procedures.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and local restaurant marketing.
• Lead a culture of food safety meeting company standards.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Occasional driving is required with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
