Cleveland is seeking an experienced restaurant management leader to oversee daily operations across potential Greater Chattanooga and nearby areas. You will drive staff performance, financial controls, and health/safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling, hiring and training, coaching, and fostering a fun, productive team culture while maintaining top guest service and operational standards. This role offers growth and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience in high-volume fast food or quick-serve concepts.
• Willingness to work 50 hours per week, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Consent to background checks including criminal, driving, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain all financial controls on a daily basis.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, and train staff.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Conduct health and safety inspections; uphold high standards.
• Set a personal example for a fun, productive, and team-oriented environment.
