Job summary

Refuel operates a network of convenience stores and fuel locations. The Restaurant Manager will lead daily operations at an assigned Greensboro restaurant, ensuring hot, fresh, and delicious products and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will train and supervise staff, enforce food safety, manage inventories, and partner with the District Manager to solve issues. The role requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends; up to 10% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests have a great experience with hot, fresh, and delicious products.
• Lead and develop restaurant staff; monitor cleanliness and appearance.
• Maintain strict food safety, inventory, and cost controls.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to District Manager when needed.
• Oversee cash handling, daily close-out, and reporting by 8:00 am.
• Adhere to Vendor Check In and company policies.
