Dave & Buster's Inc./Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and strategic direction to drive results and guest satisfaction.

You will oversee all aspects of the business, from details to big picture, while managing a fast-paced environment, a large team, and multiple shifts. Competitive compensation includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER

provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

What we are looking for! You love working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Restaurant/Entertainment scene You can communicate with the Team Members and Guests in a way that inspires FUN! You like immediate gratification! Requirements:

• 21+ years of age
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• True leadership capabilities
• The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
