Job summary

Dave & Buster’s Inc./Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and guest experience.

You will develop hourly team members, mentor staff, and collaborate with the management team to deliver high-quality, timely results while maintaining a fun, fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
• Able to lead a team to create memorable guest experiences.
• Demonstrates true leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, loud environment with distractions.

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER

provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

• You love working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Restaurant/Entertainment scene
• You can communicate with the Team Members and Guests in a way that inspires FUN!

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience

• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience

• The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
