Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers help bring this vision to life every day for guests of their centers—and have a great time doing so. The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role is active, requiring you to be on your feet, coordinate multiple team members, and solve problems in real time.

Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of the center's management. In the absence of the General Manager, they take responsibility for all center and floor management, including entertainment, Food & Beverage, and property maintenance. They maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction and team development. This role is a great stepping stone towards becoming a General Manager.

Essential Duties
  • Prioritize guest experience: Deliver exceptional service, gather feedback, and resolve complaints.
  • Continuous improvement: Hone operational skills, manage staffing levels to optimize guest experience.
  • Maximize business opportunities: Execute marketing strategies to increase sales through leagues, open play, etc.
  • Develop league partnerships: Build relationships with league bowlers and manage league-related activities.
  • Build a talented team: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff.
  • Demonstrate management skills: Lead, motivate, delegate, and leverage team strengths.
  • Drive Food & Beverage sales: Oversee and expand the F&B program, ensure quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain flexibility: Work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Who You Are

You are committed, guest-focused, and possess strong interpersonal skills. You’re flexible with work hours, a team player, and eager to develop your leadership skills with the goal of advancing to a General Manager role.

Desired Skills

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Typically an entertainment environment requiring walking, bending, standing, and lifting objects with assistance.
