No restaurant experience is required. A 3-month paid training program and ongoing personal and career development prepare you for a career as a restaurant manager as well as multi-unit leadership roles.

Career Path

• Restaurant Manager: $65,000 to $85,000 (plus continuous service bonuses and a $6,000 annual bonus for having a 4-year degree)
• District Manager (2‑3 restaurants): average time to promotion 1‑2 years
• Division Manager (6‑9 restaurants): average time to promotion 3‑5 years
