Whataburger is seeking a restaurant leader to manage profit and loss, oversee financial tasks, and drive operational excellence at our Tucson location.

You will recruit, develop, and evaluate staff, partnering with the Market Leader to implement strategic plans and performance metrics, while ensuring food safety and customer satisfaction. This role offers growth, benefits, and opportunities to lead change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Manages profit and loss, oversees cash reporting, labor, food expenses, repairs, and maintenance.
• Attracts and retains talent through hiring decisions, growth plans, and performance assessments.
• Works with Managers and Market Leader to execute operational plans.
• Monitors restaurant performance and processes using reporting tools and metrics.
• Maintains restaurant safety protocols and creates a safe work environment.
• Builds relationships with customers and resolves complaints.
• Drives rollout and adoption of new products, systems, campaigns, and strategies.
