Job summary

Amirian Management Company is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, develop staff, and uphold company values.

You will supervise inventory, scheduling, and guest service to maximize profits while delivering a high-quality dining experience. Reports to the Restaurant General Manager.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring ServSafe certification and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be ServSafe certified and uphold all ServSafe guidelines.
• Experience developing Crewmembers and preparing schedules to ensure full staffing.
• Ability to plan schedules and ensure full staffing for all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales.
• Maintain inventory and control cost of goods; schedule deliveries and orders.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Respond to guest complaints and take actions to convert dissatisfied guests into return guests.
• Manage shifts, scheduling, standards, product quality and cleanliness.
• Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback and establishing performance expectations; prepare schedules to ensure full staffing.
• Maintain compliance with state, local and federal regulations and company policies; support Restaurant General Manager.
