Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales.
• Ensure financial and payroll duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain sanitation standards and comply with health regulations.
• Ensure consistent high quality food preparation and service.
• Maintain restaurant image, cleanliness, and appearance standards.
• Maintain inventory and control cost of goods.
• Supervise portion control and minimize waste.
• Estimate food needs, place orders with distributor, and schedule delivery of food and supplies.
• Must be ServSafe certified and uphold all ServSafe guidelines.
• Complete weekly Food Excellence Self-Assessment.
• Ensure positive guest service and respond to complaints to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
• Manage shifts: scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.
• Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service.
• Ensure training for all employees; communicate expectations and provide feedback.
• Prepare schedules and ensure full staffing for all shifts.
