Job summary

Amirian Management Company in Las Vegas is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to foster a culture aligned with company values and to lead daily restaurant operations, including hiring, development and performance management of staff.

You will oversee inventory, ordering of food and supplies, drive profitability, uphold ServSafe standards, and ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience; reports to the District Manager and works 50+ hours weekly.
