Job summary

Qualifications

• Has a minimum of two years in a leadership role in restaurant, hospitality or retail with responsibility for both financial outcomes and direct reports.

• Strong understanding of operations, financial controls and guest satisfaction targets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure restaurant achieves financial commitments and guest satisfaction goals.
• Motivate associates with a high energy leadership style.
• Ensure food, beverage and service quality meet or exceed standards.
• Recruit, interview, hire and conduct performance appraisals for associates.
• Responsible for development and succession planning for associates.
• Provide disciplinary action for associates when applicable.
