Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-service, high-volume casual dining restaurant management.
• Strong integrity, professionalism and maturity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid relationship management and performance management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills.
• Strong writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to stand and walk 8–10 hours; lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Open, mid, or closing duties; hire, supervise, train team.
• Ensure Gold Standard guest experience.
• Manage restaurant operations, compliance and safety.
• Oversee local marketing and community involvement.
• Conduct daily briefings and risk reviews.
• Coach and mentor hourly team members; recognize performance.
• Develop guest relations and handle guest recovery.
