Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Food Service Manager to oversee daily operations of a quick service restaurant. You will ensure staffing, scheduling, and provide outstanding customer service while maintaining quality in food, service, and presentation.

You will coach and develop a team of Assistant Managers and Food Service Associates, drive sales, and ensure compliance with company goals and policies. This position reports to the District Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading in a restaurant or fast-food environment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, train and develop teams.
• Effective English communication, both written and spoken.
• Flexible to work varying shifts including overnight and holidays.
• Comfortable working in small spaces and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage, direct, and supervise daily quick service restaurant operations.
• Ensure staffing levels and create schedules to meet business needs.
• Maintain quality of food, service, and presentation.
• Coach, train, and develop Assistant Managers and Food Service Associates.
• Drive sales and align with company goals and policies.
• Report to the District Manager.
