Job summary

DRG Meats Alaska LLC in Wasilla, AK, is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead daily restaurant operations, support the GM, and uphold brand standards. You will manage shifts, coach teams, and ensure top-tier guest service.

The AGM will promote safety, training, and development, handle onboarding, and help drive financial results while delivering 5-star customer experiences. Strong leadership, English fluency, ServSafe literacy, and a 18+ age requirement are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Must pass the ServSafe Certification Course and Exam and maintain a current health card per local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation, clear criminal background check, and acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to complete tasks on time while maintaining quality assurance.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to prioritize customer experience.
• Prioritize health and safety, ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Participate in training and development, creating leadership development plans.
• Collaborate with GM to identify staffing needs and onboard new hires.
• Support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Provide 5-star service to customers and maintain satisfaction.
• Assist GM in overall restaurant operations.
