DRG Meats Alaska LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead daily restaurant operations at our Anchorage location. The AGM will support the GM, oversee shifts, coach staff, and ensure brand standards are met with 5‑star service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of restaurant leadership, a high school diploma, English proficiency, and ServSafe with health card requirements. This role involves nights, weekends, and holidays with a focus on safety and performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership on all shifts.
• Must read, speak and write in English.
• Must pass ServSafe Certification and health card requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to achieve operational excellence and quality assurance.
• Coach and motivate staff and shift managers to prioritize customer experience.
• Ensure health and safety compliance with OSHA guidelines.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding and developing leaders.
• Support GM in achieving financial goals and customer satisfaction.
