DRG Meats Alaska LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant shifts, coach staff, and uphold brand standards. You will ensure safe operations, train future leaders, and partner with the GM to meet financial goals and customer expectations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in hospitality leadership, a high school diploma, English fluency, and ServSafe certification. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays in Alaska.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Must pass the ServSafe Certification Course and Exam and maintain a current health card per local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation, clear criminal background check, and acceptable MVR.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Lead shifts and complete tasks with quality assurance.
• Team Leadership: Coach and motivate team members and shift managers.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure OSHA regulations are followed.
• Training & Development: Help in leadership development and feedback.
• Recruiting & Onboarding: Assist in staffing and onboarding.
• Financial Performance: Support achievement of financial goals.
• Customer Experience: Provide 5-star service to customers.
• General Manager Support: Assist GM in operations management.
