BIBIBOP is seeking a dedicated Operations Leader to join our team and collaborate with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, and overall store success.

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver BIBIBOP’s signature service and quality.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational processes for smooth operations.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and health/safety standards.
• Address guest feedback professionally and resolve issues.
• Assist in training and developing team members to reach their potential.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.

• Lead and motivate team members to deliverBIBIBOP’ssignature service and quality.

• Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Uphold company policies, procedures, and health/safety standards.

• Address guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.

• Assistin training and developing team members to reach their full potential.

• Ensure consistent food quality, preparation, and presentation.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Two years of experience in a management or leadership role within a restaurant or retail environment preferred.

• Ability to stand forlong periodsand lift upto 50 lbs.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.

• Vaild Driver’s License required

Depending on your skillset, years of experience, and leadership level, you may also be considered for the Team Leader role, which will be assessed during the hiring process.
