Job summary

BIBIBOP is looking for an Operations Leader in Columbus, OH to drive daily restaurant operations and lead a high-performing team. You’ll partner with the General Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain quality, and uphold safety standards across shifts.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, hands-on operations experience, and a customer-centric mindset, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Two years of management or leadership experience in a restaurant or retail setting preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to mentor staff.
• Excellent guest-service mindset and ability to resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations with the General Manager to ensure smooth service.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver Bibibop’s signature service and quality.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and operations processes for efficiency and consistency.
• Uphold company policies, health, safety and quality standards.
• Address guest feedback professionally and drive positive resolutions.
• Train and develop staff to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver Bibibop’s signature service and quality.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and health/safety standards.
• Address guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.

• Ensure consistent food quality, preparation, and presentation.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Two years of experience in a management or leadership role within a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Vaild Driver's License required

Depending on your skillset, years of experience, and leadership level, you may also be considered for the Team Leader role, which will be assessed during the hiring process.
