Job summary

Hopdoddy Burger Bar is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in all aspects of daily operations. You will lead and coordinate staffing, training, and performance discussions to achieve sales, cost, and guest satisfaction goals.

You will ensure food safety, quality, and sanitation, while coaching team members and driving the Hopdoddy culture. Prior management experience in full-service or fast-casual is preferred.

• Proven track record in managing restaurant teams and achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate staffing, training, and leadership to achieve sales, costs, and guest satisfaction goals.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching, and develop team members for future roles.
• Support GM in budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Lead by example to promote Hopdoddy culture and guest service excellence.
