Job summary

Hopdoddy Burger Bar is seeking an experienced bartender to deliver friendly guest service, mix drinks, and manage cash while maintaining bar standards. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure accurate beverage service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include checking IDs, restocking, and using the POS system for guest transactions, while upholding Hopdoddy’s hospitality culture and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Previous bartending experience required.
• Active Food Handlers Card and Alcohol Safety Certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage orders from servers or guests.
• Mix drinks and pour beverages following Hopdoddy recipes and standards.
• Check IDs to verify age for alcohol; comply with alcohol regulations.
• Restock and organize bar supplies; ensure bar is clean before opening.
• Operate POS system accurately and handle cash transactions.
• Provide high level of guest hospitality and resolve issues with manager support as needed.
