Ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
Improve customer metrics and guest experience.
Handle all financial aspects from office to lag measurement results.
Maintain positive relationships with employees and provide direction and feedback.
Address accountability issues promptly and document accordingly.
Communicate performance and policy violations to Operator/Franchisee.
Foster a culture of winning and deliver REMARKable experiences.
Adhere to Employee Handbook and weekly leadership discussions.
