Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Bloomington, MN. You will support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and help maintain a friendly, family-friendly environment with quality food and service.

The role requires leadership, flexibility for rotating shifts including weekends/holidays, and a track record of managing fast-paced teams while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume setting.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills with a customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee daily operations and maintain financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling and facility maintenance.
• Ensure health and safety inspections meet standards.
• Set a friendly, family-oriented tone in the restaurant.
