Qualifications

• Working understanding of P&L basics and how daily actions impact results

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the team by coaching hourly staff and Team Members to raise performance
• Deliver great guest experiences by guiding teams to serve fast, friendly, accurate meals
• Lead operations by upholding Popeyes brand standards and ensuring smooth execution
• Support profitability by managing inventory, placing/receiving orders, and cash control procedures
