Job summary

Tailwind Concessions is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support daily operations of our dining and retail venues, in partnership with the GM. You will help ensure exceptional guest service while leading staff, managing inventory, and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The role requires leadership in Food and Beverage, ability to train staff, schedule shifts, handle guest concerns, monitor food quality, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check.
• Management background in Food and Beverage.
• Strong kitchen and grill experience.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a rock star team in collaboration with the GM.
• Ensure staff are trained and equipped to perform duties.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
• Assist in scheduling staff and assigning shifts.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Monitor food quality and service standards and take corrective action.
• Verify temperatures and appearance/taste of products.
• Minimize losses and ensure proper stock handling.
• Oversee responsible and legal serving of alcohol.
• Ensure equipment and safety programs are followed.
• Manage inventory levels and stocking procedures.
