Red Robin is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager in Omaha, NE to partner with the Restaurant Managing Partner for seamless daily operations and exceptional guest experiences. You will lead a high-energy team, uphold brand standards, and manage cost centers while driving hospitality excellence.

The role offers an uncapped bonus program, referral bonuses, and growth opportunities. Must be 21+, with 2 years of management experience, strong leadership, and solid Excel/Outlook/Word skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience
• Must be 21 years of age
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills; ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team
• Strong P&L knowledge
• Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word
