• Maintain high standards of service and dining room atmosphere
• Be knowledgeable about menu items and general guest information
• Ensure punctuality and proper uniform compliance
• Support hosting, serving and dining room duties as needed
• Provide input on staff performance to the Manager
• Support changes in procedures and staffing as needed
