Responsibilities

• Provide a great employee experience.
• Lead, train, and coach the team for operational excellence and motivate staff.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by modeling routines and prioritizing guest needs.
• Maintain high food safety and health standards.
• Step in to manage operations when the General Manager is absent.
• Collaborate with the GM to review team performance and give feedback.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members.
• Support Profit & Loss management, including cash handling, inventory, and labor control to boost restaurant performance.
