Crave Management Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Helena, MT. The role involves leading daily restaurant operations, driving customer satisfaction, and managing P&L with support from the General Manager.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of management experience in restaurant or retail, is ServSafe certified, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and basic math skills. The position offers competitive pay and growth opportunities.

• At least one year of restaurant or retail management experience with P&L responsibility.
• ServSafe certification is required or preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a great employee experience.
• Lead, train, and coach the team for operational excellence and motivate staff.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by modeling routines and prioritizing guest needs.
• Maintain high food safety and health standards.
• Step in to manage operations when the General Manager is absent.
• Collaborate with the GM to review team performance and give feedback.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members.
• Support Profit & Loss management, including cash handling, inventory, and labor control to boost restaurant performance.
