Job summary

Domino's is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily restaurant operations and uphold high standards of service. You will work closely with the General Manager, supervise staff, ensure food safety, and coach team members in a fast-paced setting.

You will be responsible for inventory, scheduling, and implementing strategies to improve performance, while stepping in as acting GM when the GM is unavailable.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Strong leadership and the ability to motivate and coach a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in all restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
• Supervise and train team members; provide feedback and coaching.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Contribute to strategies to improve restaurant performance and meet goals.
• Perform administrative tasks and inventory management.
• Act as General Manager in GM's absence to ensure continuity of operations.
