Job summary

Quality Fresca LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shift operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and maximize profitability. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety and sanitation while taking direction from the supervisor to meet expectations.

As part of the restaurant management team, you will supervise team members, assist with hiring, training, and scheduling, and contribute to sales-building campaigns and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in supervising a team and scheduling.
• Ability to maintain health and safety standards.
• Cash handling and adherence to cash policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations on shift to ensure quality and service.
• Lead and develop team members; hire, train and motivate as directed.
• Drive sales and promote brand initiatives.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Monitor costs and labor through scheduling and monitoring.
• Ensure accurate cash management and reporting.
• Deliver a positive guest experience across dining and take-out channels.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, kitchen, and storage areas.
