Job summary

Quality Fresca LLC operates a Moe’s Southwest Grill franchised location. The Assistant Manager contributes to restaurant success by directing daily operations to grow sales, ensure guest satisfaction, and maximize profitability while upholding food quality, safety, and sanitation standards.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role focuses on team leadership, training, scheduling, budgeting, and delivering consistent, friendly service across all dining channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing restaurant operations and teams.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in food service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high quality operation.
• Maintain controls and cash handling compliance.
• Manage team members and scheduling across shifts.
• Provide a positive guest and team atmosphere.
• Assist in development and execution of sales campaigns.
• Oversee safe handling, storage and preparation of food and beverages.
• Direct activities and performance of staff on shift-by-shift basis.
• Support brand initiatives and promotions.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of daily paperwork.
