Qualifications

• Ability to train employees on Wendy’s systems and programs (e.g., WeLearn).
• ServSafe certification required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift.
• Promote customer satisfaction to build sales.
• Monitor crew prep, production, and procedures to control costs and waste.
• Oversee service times and ensure efficiency; train crew to respond promptly to customer needs.
• Train crew on new products and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety per policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and cash/security controls during shifts.
• Lead shift to meet quality, service, and safety goals (Q.S.C. 80% or better).
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company policies; report accidents.
• Foster teamwork, communication, and employee development.
