Job summary

Ugly Dumpling is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the General Manager’s absence. You will train and direct hourly team members, ensure compliance with company standards, maintain service quality, and coordinate with the GM on staffing, food prep, and guest relations.

You must be able to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and uphold hygiene and safety standards across dining areas and restrooms.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising hourly staff and ensuring service quality.
• Ability to enforce SOPs, safety, and guest satisfaction standards.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
