Job summary

Dickey’s Barbecue Pit is seeking an Operating Partner to run a high-volume Dickey’s restaurant in Dallas. You will lead the crew, protect BBQ standards, and drive sales and profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, build a winning team, manage costs, and implement the Dickey’s mindset of guest first, results, enthusiasm, accountability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in restaurant ops
• Strong people development and training skills
• Ability to manage schedules, costs, and quality standards

Responsibilities

• Run a GREAT restaurant by leading people, operations, and guest experience
• Own restaurant performance: sales, labor, food costs, inventory
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a strong crew
• Ensure hospitality aligns with brand standards and guests are served promptly
• Monitor menus, recipes, food safety, and quality controls
• Grow business through catering, events, and community partnerships
