Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Roseville, CA is seeking an Office Assistant to support restaurant operations. You will answer calls, assist guests with the Fogo experience, and help manage invoices, paperwork, and filing with accuracy and professionalism.

The role requires Microsoft Office proficiency, experience with an inventory system, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Weekend and holiday shifts are required. Full-time employees receive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office and other software applications.
• Previous administrative experience preferred.
• Able to transport objects up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answers each phone call in a friendly, upbeat and professional manner.
• Enthusiastically answers any questions regarding the Fogo experience.
• Opens cash register and maintains sufficient funds.
• Assists in processing all invoices through the inventory system and daily bank deposits.
• Coordinates paperwork to be sent to the corporate office.
• Maintains all of the restaurant filing and office/cashier supplies.
• Assists reservation requests for each guest.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
