Job summary

Fogo de Chão is seeking an Office Assistant to support restaurant administration in Wayne, NJ. This role involves phone duties, guest inquiries, and basic administrative tasks to keep daily operations smooth.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, managing deposits, coordinating paperwork with the corporate office, and supporting reservations while maintaining filing and supply organization. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with Microsoft Office and other software applications.
• Previous administrative experience preferred.
• Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.

In this role you will:

Fogo de Chão is an Equal Opportunity & E Verify Employer. This position has a pay range that starts at $15.92 and goes up to $20.92. Your rate is dependent upon your relevant work experience.
