Job summary

Fogo de Chão is hiring an Office Assistant (Restaurant) in Daly City, CA. You will handle phone inquiries, assist with reservations, process invoices, and support cash handling and filing in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, prior admin experience, and weekend/holiday availability. Employees receive health coverage options (Medical, Dental, Vision) and company-paid Life Insurance plus Short-Term Disability.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office and other software applications.
• Previous administrative experience preferred.
• Must lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answers each phone call in a friendly, upbeat and professional manner.
• Enthusiastically answers any questions regarding the Fogo experience.
• Opens cash register and maintains sufficient funds.
• Assists in processing all invoices through the inventory system and daily bank deposits.
• Coordinates paperwork to be sent to the corporate office.
• Maintains all of the restaurant filing and office/cashier supplies.
• Assists reservation requests for each guest.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
