Responsibilities

  • Lead the kitchen team in the preparation and execution of our pizza menu with precision and attention to detail.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and timeliness of all food items.
  • Implement and maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards to uphold health department regulations.
  • Manage inventory, control food costs, and optimize ingredient sourcing for maximum efficiency.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to develop their skills and uphold our high standards of pizza preparation.
  • Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment and ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment that fosters teamwork and creativity.

Qualifications

  • A love of all things PIZZA!
  • 3-5 years management experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
