Circle K in Savannah, GA is seeking a Restaurant Manager Trainee to prepare for the Restaurant Manager role and oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during the training period. This role includes training in people, operations, and financial metrics, with supervision by the Restaurant District Manager.

The trainee will build leadership, ensure food safety and quality, and drive profitability while adhering to Brand, Company, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivates, coaches, and leads team members.
• Acts with integrity; keeps commitments.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team members as necessary.
• Recruits, interviews, selects, hires, and completes onboarding for all positions.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and delegates duties/work with the team to ensure completion.
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health regulations.
• Monitors and ensures cash, sales, and inventory control records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Communicates with the district manager and completes daily, weekly, and period paperwork.
