Job Summary

This position prepares the candidate for the Restaurant Manager role. After training, the Trainee may manage daily restaurant operations for up to 90 days, overseeing people, operations, and financial metrics, reporting to the District Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and coach team members
• Recruit, hire, onboard staff
• Maintain cleanliness and delegate tasks
• Manage food preparation, safety, and quality standards
• Supervise staff training and communication
• Implement campaigns, conduct product training
• Ensure safety, handle administrative duties, monitor financial metrics
• Report incidents, maintain compliance, foster a positive team environment

Qualifications
