Subway is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Phoenix to lead daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high food quality and store standards. You will oversee inventory, safety, cleanliness, and money controls while guiding a team to deliver great service.

You’ll recruit and train staff, support local marketing initiatives, manage records, and promote sales through community outreach and events. Full-time shifts include day/evening/weekend hours; compensation to be discussed.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment, with supervising and training staff.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Computer knowledge / POS familiarity is essential.

• Provide excellent guest experience and maintain food quality and restaurant standards.
