Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and team-building in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems.
• Knowledge of food safety standards; ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth shift performance.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house team members.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and end-of-shift reporting.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations.
• Train and onboard new team members to uphold Newtown Bagel Co standards.
