Oversee management and direction of restaurant operations in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.

Your Focus

  1. Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates to ensure performance aligns with brand or hotel standards and HHM core values.
  2. Ensure food quality is consistent, appealing, and prepared to guest specifications.
  3. Interact with guests to gather feedback on service and food quality.
  4. Ensure restaurant compliance with sanitation and safety standards for guests and staff.
  5. Resolve guest complaints and coordinate with other departments to address service or quality issues.
  6. Verify that all equipment is operational and follow up on work orders for repairs and maintenance.
  7. Document inventory, forecast usage, and monitor supplies.
  8. Adhere to all legal and company policies regarding alcohol service, including liquor controls and cash handling policies to ensure SOX compliance.
  9. Participate in marketing efforts, create menu ideas, survey competitors, report food trends, and assist with specials.
  10. Follow sustainability practices related to HHM's EarthView program.
  11. Practice safe work habits, wear protective equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Your Background and Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant experience required.

Work Environment and Context

  • Work schedule varies, including holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
  • Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
